MONTREAL, Sept. 28, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The media are invited to the change of command ceremony at Les Fusiliers Mont-Royal which will take place at their armory located in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal borough on September 30, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
When: September 30, 2012 at 1:30 p.m.
Where: Les Fusiliers Mont-Royal Military Regiment, 3721 Henri-Julien, Montréal, Québec, H2X 3H4
What : A ceremony will take place, under the honoured presence of Colonel Luis De Sousa, Commanding officer for the 34 Canadian Brigade Group, to commemorate the change between the outgoing commanding officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Francis Roy and the incoming commanding officer, Lieutenant-Colonel Luc Saint-Jean. Lieutenant-Colonel Saint-Jean will take command of the oldest francophone regiment in Montreal. The members of the regiment will be marching to the music performed by the regimental band and the Regimental Museum will be open. Cocktails and food will be provided after the ceremony.
