Media Advisory - Chief Jim Boucher to be honoured as Canadian Energy Person of the Year
CALGARY, Nov. 15, 2018 /CNW/ - Tonight in Calgary, Chief Jim Boucher of the Fort McKay First Nation will be recognized by the Energy Council of Canada as the 2018 Canadian Energy Person of the Year. One of the most influential Indigenous leaders in Canada, Chief Boucher has forged ground-breaking partnerships in the energy industry for his northeastern Alberta First Nation. He will deliver an acceptance speech at the event, which follows the North America Region Energy Forum taking place in Calgary on November 14 and 15.
