Media Advisory - CIBC goes "Pink" as Halifax employees celebrate Think
Pink(TM) week
HALIFAX, Sept. 17 /CNW/ - CIBC (CM: TSX; NYSE) - Today, CIBC will kick-off celebrations for the 2010 Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure in Halifax. Please join us at our CIBC Spring Garden Road and Dresden Branch from 9:30 - 4:00 pm as we "Think Pink" to raise awareness about breast cancer and encourage people to get involved in this year's Run, which takes place on Sunday, October 3.
CIBC will serve up pink treats (by donation) with refreshments, activities and contests. A breast cancer survivor will talk about her journey with the disease at 11 AM. There will also be a chance to get your "pink on" for a photo; and to sign up for this year's Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation CIBC Run for the Cure. At 12 noon, a CIBC employee will be shaving their head for donations in support of Team CIBC.
