What |
On National Child Day, a press conference will be held regarding the class action lawsuit by former students of the W. Ross MacDonald School (Brantford, ON) – who are blind, deafblind and visually impaired. The claimants have alleged that those who worked at the provincially-run elementary and secondary school were abusive and terrorized the students. Many students suffered inhumane mental, physical and sexual abuse at the hands of their teachers, residence counsellors, fellow students and other employees of the institution over many decades.
