MONTREAL, Nov. 30, 2018 /CNW/ - Media are invited to attend the second edition of Marché de l'habitation: Créer des espaces de vie pour les besoins d'aujourd'hui et de demain, an event organized by Les Affaires.

CMHC's Senior Vice-President, Michel Tremblay, will be discussing how CMHC contributes to the financial stability of the housing market, while CMHC Market Economists Francis Cortellino and Marie-Claude Guillotte will talk about the trends and outlook for the Montreal housing market.

The same day, CMHC will publish Francis Cortellino's analysis on the very large high-rise condominium apartment buildings in downtown Montréal. The results presented in this report are a first step in the analysis of the investor market in downtown Montréal. The report will be released at 7:30 AM on December 4^th.

Time: Michel Tremblay's keynote address is set to begin at 8:10 AM. The presentation from the two market economists will start at 8:25 AM.
