A press conference announcing the Borough Mayor and Council candidates will be announced on Tuesday, September 5 at 11 am at the Black Coalition of Quebec Hall, 5201 Decarie (east side of Decarie north of Queen Mary).
Coalition Montreal will also make public its 2017 electoral goals.
