Media advisory - Coca-Cola Halifax shows support for the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup
The Halifax Community is invited to join as Coca-Cola Associates Clean Up TUFTS COVE
OTTAWA, Sept. 18, 2012 /CNW/ - Join Coca-Cola Canada associates as they roll up their sleeves, and their pants, in support of the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup.
Every September, thousands of Canadians band together to fight shoreline litter, a key threat to our waterways, by participating in the Great Canadian Shoreline Cleanup, a conservation initiative of the Vancouver Aquarium and WWF with Loblaw as a presenting sponsor. The Shoreline Cleanup is the largest direct action conservation program in Canada.
Members of the Halifax community are invited to join in the fun. Volunteers are reminded to dress appropriately and bring your own garbage bags and gloves.
