What:	Canada Lands Company will launch its flagship real estate project in Atlantic Canada in the City of St. John's.  The transformation of the former Canadian Forces Station St. John's has begun.  The company will talk about the present and future of the property, as well as provide additional information on the process and on the company.
	Photo Opportunities: New visuals will be on hand.  Remarks will be followed by a symbolic photo opportunity that will consist of VIPs with shovels in front of heavy equipment for a sod turning ceremony marking the commencement of the construction phase of the project.
