TORONTO, Oct. 21, 2013 /CNW/ - On October 24, 2013, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will launch Let's Talk TV: A Conversation with Canadians.  Mr. Jean-Pierre Blais, Chairman of the CRTC, will deliver a speech at the RTA School of Media at Ryerson University to explain why the CRTC is launching a national conversation about TV, what it entails and how Canadians can participate in this conversation.
