OTTAWA AND GATINEAU, QC, Nov. 4, 2013 /CNW/ — Starting on Tuesday, November 5, 2013, the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) will hold a public hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, to consider applications by Corus Entertainment to acquire certain television channels that are currently held by Bell Media Inc., and an application by RNC Média to renew the broadcasting licence of CKLX-FM Montréal, as well as to amend some of the station's conditions of licence. The CRTC will also discuss matters of non-compliance with certain sections of the Radio Regulations, 1986 with the licensee that operates CJMS Saint-Constant.
