OTTAWA-GATINEAU, Oct. 29 /CNW/ - On November 1, 2010, the Commission will resume a hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, which began on October 26, 2010 in Timmins, Ontario. The hearing is reviewing issues associated with access to basic telecommunications services, including the obligation to serve, the basic service objective, and local service subsidy.
