OTTAWA-GATINEAU, Nov. 26 /CNW/ - Commencing on November 29, 2010, the Commission will hold a hearing in Gatineau, Quebec, to review the structure and mandate of the Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services Inc. This hearing will examine the consumer agency's independence and effectiveness in fulfilling its mandate. In addition, the Commission will re-examine the appropriateness of the existing membership requirement.
