OTTAWA-GATINEAU, Oct. 22 /CNW/ - On October 26, 2010, the Commission will commence the hearing in Timmins, Ontario, to consider issues associated with access to basic telecommunications services, including the obligation to serve, the basic service objective, and local service subsidy. 

This hearing is expected to last three days at this location and will reconvene in Gatineau, Quebec on November 1, 2010.
