OTTAWA, Oct. 2, 2015 /CNW/ - When postal workers were legislated back to work in 2011 after being locked out by Canada Post, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers launched a constitutional challenge. The Ontario Superior Court hearing begins at 10 am on Monday in Toronto. A press conference is scheduled in front of the courtroom at 9 am.
