Media Advisory - CUPW National President to Hold Press Conference at Stephen Harper's Constituency Office

CALGARY, Aug. 14, 2015 /CNW/ - CUPW National President Mike Palecek will conduct a press conference outside of Prime Minister Stephen Harper's constituency office today at 10:30 MDT / 12:30 Eastern Time (EDT).

The purpose of the press conference will be to provide evidence of the enormous support for CUPW's campaign to oppose the decision of the Conservative government to end home mail delivery. This support is strong among CUPW members as well as the general public.

Mr. Palecek will also be available to discuss the implications of the action of Montreal Mayor Denis Coderre who publicly destroyed a Community Mailbox concrete base in Montreal yesterday.
