Although this annual Day is typically recognized on May 17th, the 2014 annual flag-raising at Toronto City Hall and reading of the proclamation by Deputy Mayor Norm Kelly will be held on Friday, May 16th, 2014. An ASL/Sign Language Interpreter will be on-site and visible. |
