The Policy Action Group on Learning (PAG-L) was created by the Commission on Globalisation in 2001. The report presented by PAG-L will review and assess the progress that has been made on the six principal objectives set by the World Education Forum to achieve Education for All (EFA) by 2015. EFA was also one of the Millennium Development Goals established in 2000. EFA aims to ensure that everyone has the right to receive an education.
