Media Advisory - Environment and Climate Change Minister Catherine McKenna to highlight federal support for Hamilton area Français
HAMILTON, ON, June 16, 2016 /CNW/ - Media representatives are advised that the Minister of Environment and Climate Change, the Honourable Catherine McKenna, will lead a town hall on climate change with students at her former elementary school Friday morning.
Later that morning, Minister McKenna will be joined by funding partners of the Randle Reef project, including Glen Murray, Ontario Minister of the Environment and Climate Change; Mayor of Hamilton, Fred Eisenberger; and Mayor of Burlington, Rick Goldring, where she will highlight federal support for the Randle Reef cleanup and make an announcement on new funding for an important national historic site.
