Media Advisory - EQAO to Release Local Results of Provincial Assessments in Elementary and Secondary Grades

TORONTO, Sept. 20, 2016 /CNW/ - At 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 21, 2016, the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) will be releasing student achievement results for each school and school board from the 2015–2016 Assessments of Reading, Writing and Mathematics, Primary Division (Grades 1–3) and Junior Division (Grades 4–6), the Grade 9 Assessment of Mathematics and the Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test. Elementary and secondary schools and their boards will be able to speak about their results at that time.

EQAO will also release full provincial reports on these assessments: one for the elementary school system and one for secondary.

All material will be posted on EQAO's Web site, www.eqao.com.
