Media Advisory - EQAO to Release Local Results of the 2014-2015 Assessments of Reading, Writing and Mathematics, Primary Junior Divisions

TORONTO, Nov. 17, 2015 /CNW/ - At 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 18, 2015, the Education Quality and Accountability Office (EQAO) will release student achievement results for each school and school board that participated fully in the 2014–2015 Assessments of Reading, Writing and Mathematics, Primary Junior Divisions. Elementary schools and their boards will be able to speak about their results at that time. The school and board results will be posted on the EQAO Web site, www.eqao.com.

EQAO will also release a full provincial report on the Assessments of Reading, Writing and Mathematics, Primary Junior Divisions for the French-language school system. The provincial report includes results for subgroups, school contextual data and a summary of assessment findings.

Provincial-level results for the English-language school system are not available this year as not all schools in that system participated due to labour disruptions. As a result no provincial report for the English-language school system will be published this year.
