TORONTO, Aug. 12, 2013 /CNW/ - Sam Hammond, president of the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (ETFO), will address delegates to the Federation's Annual Meeting at Toronto's Westin Harbour Castle Hotel today at 4:20 pm. Hammond will address expectations that ETFO has for the future of collective bargaining in the education sector, among other topics. ETFO will work with the Ontario government as it moves forward with consultations to legislate a framework for future bargaining.
