In the presence of Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard - Signature of a Quebec-Vermont cooperation agreement

MONTREAL, Oct. 27, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Françoise Bertrand, president and CEO of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec (FCCQ), and Tom Torti, president and CEO of the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce and the Vermont-Quebec Enterprise Initiative (LCRCC-VQEI), invite journalists to a news conference where they will sign a cooperation agreement aimed at strengthening trade relations between Quebec and Vermont.

Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin and Quebec Premier Philippe Couillard will also be attending the event.
