OTTAWA, Sept. 10, 2012 /CNW/ - The Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM) will hold a news conference tomorrow to release the findings of the first-ever Canadian Municipal Infrastructure Report Card. This major study of the state of municipal roads, wastewater, drinking water and stormwater systems across Canada was undertaken jointly by FCM, the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), the Canadian Public Works Association (CPWA), and the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering.
