- When: August 22, 12:00 – 1:00
- Where: starting at Dallas Square Park, Front Street, Nanaimo
- Who: guest speakers will include Chris Aylward, PSAC National President, Jamey Mills, PSAC Regional Executive Vice-President for BC, and federal government workers affected by the Phoenix pay debacle.
Federal public service workers are showing up every day to deliver crucial services Canadians depend on—even though they stopped getting paid properly. Over 200,000 workers and their families are still suffering financial and emotional fallout from the Phoenix pay system disaster.
The Prime Minister and his government must take all measures necessary until workers get paid correctly and on time, every time.
