OTTAWA, Feb. 26 /CNW Telbec/ - The President of the Federation of Canadian Municipalities (FCM), Mayor Basil Stewart of Summerside, P.E.I., will be on Parliament Hill on Thursday March 4 to provide municipal government reaction to the federal budget.
