Media Advisory - Food access improved for Toronto's most vulnerable thanks to Ontario Trillium Foundation
TORONTO, Oct. 2, 2018 /CNW/ - Ontario Trillium Foundation's commitment to improving food access facilitated the establishment of a special not-for-profit network, spearheaded by FoodReach, a unique portal through which non-profits can order good food at a good price. Another key partner in the network is North York Harvest Food Bank who manages the logistics and delivery.
Each organization within the network plays a critical role in ensuring food, especially fresh Ontario produce, gets directly to those who are in need, in the most efficient and cost-effective way.
