What: Official Launch of New Genesis Offering Memorandum; Availability of Executive

Thursday morning Genesis Grain & Fertilizer will release its amended Offering Memorandum as it continues to raise capital from farmers primarily for its fertilizer distribution business. The OM for fertilizer distribution is the second of three stages in the plan for farmers to accrue as much of the fertilizer margin from manufacturing to the farmgate as possible.    

Senior executive team members will be available to respond to questions or to arrange full length interviews.

Note that questions regarding details included in the Offering Memorandum itself cannot be answered due to securities regulations restricting disclosure of such information to accredited investors.
