TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2015 /CNW/ - The George Brown College Centre for Hospitality and Culinary Arts is pleased to welcome world-renowned three-Michelin-star chef and restaurateur Massimo Bottura to Culinary Cities of the World, an exclusive series of events from March 4-6, 2015. This year's theme features the food and wine of the cities in the Emilia Romagna region in northern Italy.
This is an opportunity to learn about Italy's evolving culinary scene, taste the rich flavours of Emilia Romagna and interact and learn from Chef Bottura's process. It is also a chance to mix and mingle with some of Toronto's most dynamic chefs and personalities in the food & beverage industry.
