Various bailout packages to stave off insolvencies have left Germany with a stunning 694 billion Euros worth of exposure. Nobody is more familiar with the risks this type exposure carries than Hans-Werner Sinn, President of Ifo Institute for Economic Research and Germany's most influential economist.
