Media Advisory - Government of Canada to commemorate 100th anniversary of Second Battle of Ypres

TORONTO, April 23, 2015 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Honourable Erin O'Toole, Minister of Veterans Affairs, Ted Opitz, Member of Parliament for Etobicoke Centre, will attend a ceremony to commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the Second Battle of Ypres.

He will announce funding through Veterans Affairs Canada's Cenotaph/Monument Restoration Program.

The public and media are invited to participate in the commemorative ceremony.
