OTTAWA, Oct. 30, 2017 /CNW/ - The Honourable Marc Garneau, Minister of Transport, the Honourable Dominic LeBlanc, Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, and Bernadette Jordan, Member of Parliament for South Shore - St. Margaret's will announce new legislation as part of Canada's Oceans Protection Plan to highlight its one-year anniversary.
This proposed new legislation is one of several measures under Canada's Oceans Protection Plan, the largest investment ever made to protect Canada's coasts and waterways.
