OTTAWA, March 22, 2017 /CNW/ - His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will deliver remarks at the Indspire Awards Ceremony. The event will take place on Friday, March 24, 2017, at 8:30 p.m., at the National Arts Centre, in Ottawa.
"As patron of Indspire, it is an honour to take part in this celebration of First Nations, Métis and Inuit achievement and excellence," said the Governor General. "The individuals being recognized with these awards are outstanding leaders in a wide range of disciplines. They are helping to transform their communities and all of Canada for the better."
