OTTAWA, Oct. 31, 2017 /CNW/ - Her Excellency the Right Honourable Julie Payette, Governor General of Canada, will deliver opening remarks at the 9th annual Canadian Science Policy Conference on Wednesday, November 1, 2017, at 6 p.m., at the Shaw Centre (55 Colonel By Drive, Ottawa.)
This year's conference will look at how effectively individuals have used science-based knowledge to meet Canada's challenges over the past 150 years, and how we should continue to use this knowledge over the next 50 years.
