OTTAWA, May 19, 2017 /CNW/ - His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will provide opening remarks at Meet the New Faces of Canadian Innovation, an event hosted by the Public Policy Forum on May 24, 2017, at 9 a.m., at the Innovation Centre, 7 Bayview Rd., in Ottawa.
Catherine Clark will moderate a conversation with the recipients of the 2017 Governor General's Innovation Awards, who will share their stories of challenge and triumph. The Honourable Navdeep Bains, Minister of Innovation, Science and Economic Development, will also take part in the event.
