Media advisory - Governor General to Participate in the Inauguration of McGill University Health Centre's new Glen site Français
OTTAWA, June 18, 2015 /CNW/ - His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada, will participate in the events marking the inauguration of the new Glen site at the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), in Montréal, Quebec, on Saturday, June 20, 2015.
At 2 p.m., the Governor General will join other dignitaries to take part in the ribbon-cutting ceremony on the new hospital grounds (1001 Décarie Boulevard). He will also deliver remarks on this occasion. The event will have kicked off earlier that morning with the Walk for Montréal! and will feature performances by local artists.
