WINNIPEG, Nov. 24, 2015 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kent Hehr, Minister of Veterans Affairs and Associate Minister of National Defence, will join Canadian Football League (CFL) Commissioner Jeffrey Orridge, CFL Alumni and staff and residents of the Deer Lodge Centre in Winnipeg where many Canadian Veterans reside, for a special meet and greet. The Grey Cup will be on display at the event, part of a collaboration between Veterans Affairs Canada and the CFL.

On Thursday evening, November 26, Minister Hehr will take part in presenting the Jake Gaudaur Veterans' Award to this year's recipient at the 2015 Shaw CFL Awards.
