MEDIA ADVISORY - GWL Realty Advisors to Break Ground on Vancouver Centre II

VANCOUVER, Oct. 5, 2017 /CNW/ - On Wednesday, October 11, GWL Realty Advisors will host an official groundbreaking ceremony for Vancouver Centre II. The 33-storey office tower will be located at 753 Seymour Street in the heart of downtown Vancouver's burgeoning tech hub.

Vancouver Centre II is the next phase of the Vancouver Centre complex, and is the first major office tower project to break ground in the next wave of downtown commercial development. GWL Realty Advisors is developing the project on behalf of the project owners: The Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP), the Great-West Life Real Estate Fund, and London Life Real Estate Fund.
