BRAMPTON, ON, April 30, 2018 /CNW/ - Habitat for Humanity GTA is set to cut the ribbon and begin volunteer activity at their McLaughlin Road North build project on the first day of Women Build. The announcement of the 13-home project will be made alongside families that will call these houses their homes, the Mayor of Brampton Linda Jeffrey, and participating Women Build volunteers. Upon the conclusion of the ribbon cutting ceremony, 50+ female volunteers will dawn hard hats and safety boots, and help build these homes alongside Women Build ambassador and TV personality, Sherry Holmes.
