Mayor John Tory to speak at Ribbon Cutting Ceremony August 4 at 10 AM
TORONTO, July 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Join Habitat for Humanity Greater Toronto Area (GTA) on Thursday, August, 2016 at 10 a.m. as we announce the start of construction on the largest ever build project in the organization's history, a 50-unit townhouse development on Pinery Trail in Toronto's east end.
Mayor John Tory will speak at this official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at the site. John Barford, Chair of The Toronto Foundation, will announce details of a significant, new initiative related to this project at the ceremony. They will be joined by other special guests and members of the community, including the first 15 Habitat partner families, who will call these houses their home when completed.
