SUDBURY, ON, Aug. 2, 2012 /CNW/ - The Honourable John Baird, Minister of Foreign Affairs and the Honourable Rick Bartolucci, Minister of Northern Development and Mines and Member of Provincial Parliament for Sudbury will mark the completion of construction for the widening and new alignment of Highway 69.

Directions:
From Sudbury:
Take Highway 69 south. Turn right into the emergency turnaround north of Highway 637. Turn left onto the new unopened southbound lanes and travel to the 637 exit ramp.
From Parry Sound:
Take Highway 69 north. After Highway 637, turn left into the emergency turnaround. Turn left onto the new unopened southbound lanes and travel to the 637 exit ramp.
In the event of rain: Underneath Wildlife Bridge
From Sudbury:
Take Highway 69 south. Turn right into the emergency turnaround north of Highway 637. Turn right onto the new unopened southbound lanes and travel north to bridge.
From Parry Sound:
Take Highway 69 north. After Highway 637, turn left into the emergency turnaround. Turn right onto the new unopened southbound lanes and travel north to bridge.
"Media Event" signage will be posted along Highway 69.
