TORONTO, April 24, 2014 /CNW/ - The Hong Kong Secretary for Financial Services and the Treasury, Professor K C Chan, will pay an official visit to Canada to promote Hong Kong as the top financial centre in Asia, and foster closer economic and trade ties between Hong Kong and Canada.
