OTTAWA, Nov. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - The utility industry is undergoing significant change and the needs of customers are evolving. That's why Hydro Ottawa has partnered with HUB Ottawa in its first 'Energy Idea Jam' weekend in Ottawa to find tangible solutions from the community towards end goals, like:
- Influencing consumers to think differently about conserving energy;
- Encouraging customers to reduce paper consumption by adopting e-billing;
- Developing a brand strategy to help inform and connect customers to Hydro Ottawa in a more meaningful way; and
- Improving the customer experience through the enhancement of web communication tools.
