OTTAWA, May 9, 2013 /CNW/ - LaVar Payne, Member of Parliament for Medicine Hat, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will participate in a celebration to help those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in Medicine Hat.
