Media Advisory - Hunger Doesn't Take A Holiday campaign closure will be held at La Ronde on August 19th and 20th Français
MONTRÉAL, Aug. 15, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Moisson Montréal informs the media that the end of its summer fundraising campaign Hunger Doesn't Take A Holiday will take place at La Ronde on August 19 and 20, 2017.
On this occasion, the fifth edition, a fundraiser and food drive has been organized in partnership with La Ronde. All visitors are invited to donate at least $15 or six non-perishable food items to get a day pass for $25 from the opening to 6pm.
This event will close the campaign Hunger Doesn't Take A Holiday. The campaign helps 39,400 young Montrealers between the ages of three and 17 who rely on food assistance to have enough to eat. The goal of the Hunger Doesn't Take a Holiday campaign is to raise $50,000 in order to improve the daily lives of thousands of families in need in the Greater Montreal area.
