Media Advisory - IKEA Ottawa Unveils New Localized Living Room Solution
BURLINGTON, ON, Feb. 24, 2016 /CNW/ - As part of a global test pilot, the IKEA Ottawa store has been selected as one of only four IKEA stores globally, and the only store in North America to participate in this program which models in-store IKEA living rooms after inspiration from the local community. People consider the living room the most important room in their home. It's a room that tells you who you are, or more importantly who you want to be. IKEA Ottawa has taken a bold step in how our Living Rooms are presented to our customers, offering inspiration for the many people furthering our ambition to become the leader in life at home.

The IKEA Ottawa Living Room solutions have been mirrored from local Ottawa neighbourhoods, truly reflecting the Ottawa marketplace. The solutions will not only offer customers design inspiration, but relatable living room solutions. Customers who attend during the event time noted above will have the opportunity to win one of six prizes, including their own living room solution (maximum value $1000), a gift basket valued at $100, a $50 gift card and two $25 gift cards. The Swedish Ambassador will draw the prizes. There is no purchase necessary to enter the draws, however customers must be present to claim their prize and a correct answer to the skill testing question will be required.
