VALCARTIER GARRISON, QC, Jan. 17 /CNW Telbec/ - Following the announcement made earlier today by the National Defence Minister regarding the imminent deployment of Valcartier troops to Haiti , Lieutenant-Colonel Christian Labrosse, Deputy Commander 5 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group, will briefly address media:
