MEDIA ADVISORY - In the Competition for Global Capital, Canada is losing its Edge: The School of Public Policy to Release Alarming New Report on Corporate Taxation
CALGARY, Nov. 25, 2016 /CNW/ - Canada is losing its edge in the competition for global capital. In recent years, Canada has become highly competitive on business taxes. Unfortunately, with the provincial and federal governments raising taxes on business, our slight advantage is being erased. But by how much? Where do other countries rank compared to us? And how do Canada's provinces rank against each other?
On Monday, November 28th, The School of Public Policy with authors Jack Mintz and Philip Bazel will release a worrying report that ranks countries in terms of their corporation taxation and competitiveness.
Media are invited to join co-author Jack Mintz at a media conference for the release of this vital update.
