TORONTO, March 30, 2017 /CNW/ - VHA Home HealthCare is hosting its 12th annual Heart of Home Care Awards event honouring the extraordinary efforts of unpaid caregivers in Ontario as part of the Caregiver Day Appreciation Event at Toronto City Hall.
