MONTREAL, Oct. 20 /CNW Telbec/ - Jean-René Halde, President and Chief Executive Officer, Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) will address a breakfast meeting of the Board of Trade of Metropolitan Montreal on Friday, October 22, about the challenges facing Quebec entrepreneurs.
