up with Insurance Bureau of Canada to combat impaired driving this holiday
season

KINGSTON, ON, Nov. 2 /CNW/ - Operation Red Nose and The Ontario Safety League, in collaboration with its provincial sponsor, Insurance Bureau of Canada , are joining forces to help keep Ontario roads safer during the holiday season.

Operation Red Nose is a free designated driver service that is run by hundreds of volunteers who provide a safe ride home to holiday revelers in their own vehicles.

At a news conference to be held on Wednesday, November 4 at 11:30am , Brian Patterson , President and General Manager of the Ontario Safety League and Dennis Prouse , Director of Federal Government Relations, IBC, will announce details of the 2009 program. Stephen J. Tanner, Chief of Police, Kingston Police Services will also be in attendance.
